Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour to qualify for a refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or late arrivals will also be considered non-refundable.

Weather Policy
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. All helicopter tours are subject to weather conditions. If unfavorable weather—such as high winds, low visibility, or other unsafe conditions—prevents the tour from operating, we will reschedule your flight at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
We closely monitor weather updates and will notify you as early as possible if any changes affect your scheduled tour. Please understand that weather-related cancellations are made with your safety in mind.
