This 1- hour flight does include a 5 minute safety briefing prior to departure. Please make sure you have proper identification with you upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows or late arrivals will also be considered non-refundable. Weather: Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. All helicopter tours are subject to weather conditions. If unfavorable weather—such as high winds, low visibility, or other unsafe conditions—prevents the tour from operating, we will reschedule your flight at no additional cost or provide a full refund. We closely monitor weather updates and will notify you as early as possible if any changes affect your scheduled tour. Please understand that weather-related cancellations are made with your safety in mind. We want the flight to be enjoyable, the PILOT IN COMMAND will have the final authority to determine if the flight can be made. Maintenance: Maintenance considerations for helicopter tours are essential to ensure passenger safety and operational reliability. Helicopters undergo routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and meticulous checks of critical systems like engines, rotors, avionics, and structural components. Each aircraft is inspected before and after every flight to identify potential issues, and regular servicing is performed following the manufacturer's guidelines and aviation authority regulations. Safety is our top priority; if an aircraft is found to be in an unsafe condition, we will prioritize resolving the issue and rescheduling your flight to a later time.
