During your helicopter demo flight, you will have a chance to take charge of the aircraft. This interactive experience enables the passenger to experience the sensation of flying a helicopter and aids in deciding whether they want to pursue helicopter training. The pilot will offer assistance and assurance throughout the process, ensuring the passenger's safety and ease. In conclusion, taking control of the helicopter during a demo flight is an exciting experience that can assist in determining if becoming a helicopter pilot is the right career choice.

To schedule an Introductory Flight a $100 deposit is required to reserve your flight. The deposit will be applied to your final total. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit secures your scheduled flight experience with our expert instructor. Please consider if you need to reschedule or cancel your flight, these arrangements must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation will be able to receive a full refund.
Although all flight times are approximate and subject to change due to weather conditions. If it is cancelled due to inclement weather (heavy rain, low cloud ceilings, lightning, or extreme winds), you will be offered a different date or a full refund.
Failure in showing up for your appointment without notice will result in cancellation of your tour without refund.
Weight restrictions: CANNOT exceed 300lbs
Arrival time: must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure. If you do not arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us at 352-820-9103 or airworthyhelicopter@gmail.com.
